The latest office products are still activated by using the same old Key Management Service (KMS). This feature is not changed. Developers have created a small piece of code that runs on your existing windows command prompt and is used to activate Office 365 & LTSC 2021.
You just need to follow the following process step-by-step:
(1) Click on Start button in your windows and type “CMD” in search bar. Click on Run as Administrator and Command Prompt will run with Administrative rights.
(2) Copy one of the following commands based on your operating system i.e., X64 or X86 and paste in opened CMD window and hit ENTER to run it:
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16
or
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
(3) Now we will convert your office product from Retail to Volume License (VL) so that it can be activated through Key Management Service (KMS). Copy the following code and paste it in CMD windows and hit ENTER:

(4) Now copy the following code and paste it into CMD window, hit ENTER key to run it.

Click-To-Run
Office 365/LTSC
2021 is a Click-to-Run product which means it does not use Microsoft Standard
Installation (MSI) service during its installation. It is just click-to-run and
is installed instantly.
Supported Devices
Office LTSC
2021 is yet only available for devices running windows 10 and windows 11. Full
system requirements to run Office LTSC 2021 are available at Microsoft’s official
website. However, for the users of macOS, Office LTSC is available for MAC 2021
version.
AutoSave
Office LTSC
& 365 comes with an AutoSave feature. When you login these products with your
Microsoft Account email and connect your OneDrive with your office product, then,
you can use the AutoSave feature. There is a prompt radio button in top-left
corner of Office LTSC 2021 products that can let you on/off the feature.
Microsoft Teams Client App
Office 365
& LTSC 2021 includes Teams Client App with its installation package. The
user can sign into their teams by using the same Microsoft Account ID and start
using the app.
